Every Heart Arch is handcrafted using premium roses and hydrangeas selected for their realistic appearance, fullness, and durability. Each individual stem is thoughtfully placed, shaped, and trimmed by hand to create the luxurious, dimensional look that makes our Heart Arch stand out.

From the very beginning, quality has been our priority. We carefully source some of the most realistic artificial florals available and spend countless hours arranging every rose and hydrangea to ensure the finished design looks elegant from every angle.

The result is a one-of-a-kind statement piece that photographs beautifully and creates an unforgettable backdrop for proposals, weddings, engagement parties, quinceañeras, baby showers, and milestone celebrations.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Simply submit the “before you book” form. Once availability is confirmed, we'll send your rental agreement and invoice. A non-refundable deposit is required to officially secure your event date.

  • Our signature Heart Arch measures approximately 8 feet tall by 8 feet wide.

  • Yes! Outdoor setups are available weather permitting. For the best appearance and protection of the florals, we recommend placing the Heart Arch on a flat, stable surface. Outdoor events are available through October.

  • We recommend an area at least 10 feet wide and 8 feet deep to allow for comfortable placement, photos, and guest interaction.

  • Absolutely. We handle delivery, setup, and breakdown so you can focus on enjoying your event.

  • Most setups take approximately 45 minutes - 1 hour, depending on location access and any additional décor selections.

  • Most Heart Arch rentals are designed for events lasting up to 4–6 hours. If you need additional time, let us know and we'll discuss available options.

  • Yes. A non-refundable $150 deposit is required to secure your event date. Because we accept a limited number of bookings, your date is not guaranteed until the deposit has been received.

  • No. If your event location requires permits, venue access fees, parking fees, or other location-specific charges, those costs are your responsibility.

  • Clients are responsible for any parking fees, valet charges, loading zone fees, permits, or venue access costs required for setup, operation, and breakdown of the Heart Arch.
